Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because donations go directly toward purchasing electricity for households in need, they are generally non-refundable once processed. Exceptions are made for duplicate or erroneous payments — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received before your next billing date will stop the following charge. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
